Keeping the growing success of our first establishment 'Mahajana Stores' in mind, the management was forced to make a decision to cope up with the crowd that came flourishing to obtain their services.
As being our first establishment Mahajana Stores involved in both wholesale and retail services, which means services to households and to other grocery shops.
The management was well concerned about the customer satisfaction that lacked due to the delay of each customer’s transaction, which was mainly because of the workload our staff had to face by processing many transactions at the same time including both household sales and sales to other business organizations.
Due to this the management came up with an idea to establish a new business in 2009, adjoining the current business premises with the aid of latest technologies.
Mahajana Super was finally opened, and this led to great customer motivation as their transactions are now processed faster, and in a more prominent way.
And now Mahajana Super is one of the finest supermarkets in the town, which is travelling in the path of success.
